"Ariel has healing hands! She completely dissolved my neck issue, which had been causing me pain for over 3 weeks. She taught me about a technique called positional release, and showed me the other muscles and tissue that were affecting my neck. I felt great after leaving, and the next day my neck pain was gone! After competing in a strenuous event and having some minor injuries, I visited Ariel and she was able to pinpoint everywhere that I had been hurt and how my body was reacting. She definitely soothed my sore muscles and was careful around my scrapes and bruises!
